How to Serve Rotisserie Chicken

Hi this is Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make a rotisserie chicken. I'm back and I am just taking enough for the table. Remember this is a big chicken. Six pounds should serve six to eight people. There is four or five in my family to serve depending on who makes it to diner. So I save the rest for late night chicken sandwich are nice with mayonnaise with white bread with salt and pepper. But here's how I will display this. I will put it on a nice plate. Here is what I will do I will take my drumstick put it right here with my wing something like this and I will do the same thing with the other one well we lost the bone because it was so tender. You know when the bone comes out that it is real juicy and tender. But there you go, here is enough for the plate you see it's delicious you bring it right to the table. Everybody serves themselves. Make my mashed potatoes with this and you'll have dinner a little vegetable, make a salad for start and it's great. Open up a bottle of wine or milk or water for the kids and you have dinner. When I come back I will show you how to make some fresh gravy with those gravy dropping or those fat dropping in the bottom of that pan. Then I will show you how to store it and how much it cost.
