Hi! I'm Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make a Rotisserie Chicken. Alright so I am back and you will see the chicken is looking nice and spiced. I also like using Italian spice. It gives it a good flavor. I mixed the two actually. Anything is good really. I tell you right now experiment and use different stuff. Another good one is you could use a seasoning salt so experiment if you have different things. Lemon chicken is good. I even put garlic on my chicken sometimes and have a garlic chicken but today we are using Italian spice and using the Herb chicken spice today. Just putting two spices together. I will also take some salt and pepper and give it a good outside salt and pepper shake on both sides, some fresh pepper as well and there you have it. Your chicken is spiced up. When we come around, we are going to get this in and that is it. It is pretty much done already. It's going to cook itself. That is the beauty of rotisserie. You put it in, set it and walk away. When we come back, I'll show you how to do it.
