This was a very great video!!! I'm surprised at how well I did for my first time ever. I'm sure with a steady hand and a few more views of this video they will be perfect. Thank you so much Lillian for having this video! This was much more simple than I thought it would be!

Do you know what types of nail polishes that she's using? Thank you..

Applying the Nail Top Coat for a French Manicure

Hi, I’m Lillian with Salon de Scottsdale and on behalf of expertvillage.com I’m going to show you the next step in doing a home French manicure. We’re almost completely done now. The last thing we did was we applied the natural look nail lacquer to the base of the nail up to the white part, not going over the white part and I’ve actually applied two coats just for a little pinker look. The next thing we’re going to do is apply the top coat and the top coat just kind of blends both nail colors together for a nice shine and we’re going to apply it the same way that we applied the base coat. I allowed about the 5 minutes for the natural look lacquer to dry before applying the top coat. I’m going to go just on each fingernail and apply this top coat from the base to the tip. After I’ve completely done all ten nails, this only usually takes one coat, I’m going to use the nail sprayer and spray my nails dry. I’m not going to touch anything with the nail color even though this helps speed up the drying time, I still want to sit for at least 10 to 15 minutes to allow for the nails to completely set in and dry.
