Serving Tuna Salad on a Toasted Bagel

Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some tuna salad. Okay I am going to show you my favorite way to eat this sandwich. It's a delicious sandwich. First of all you get yourself an everything bagel. This is amazing. This is great stuff. Then you toast it. Throw it in your toaster oven. Get that in your toaster oven. Come on over here and get some nice tomato and just slice your tomato nice and long. Long slices and a couple of good slices there for your salad, for our sandwich I mean and we are also going to take some off this lettuce and on the edge right here, I am just going just to get our cutting board, sorry about that. Grab our cutting board and just get a couple of slices of this. What is great about lettuce down, you can get just slice it down. You can get some nice shreds and another one and that is our lettuce for our sandwich. I like a nice sandwich like this. This is my sandwich. It is tuna on an everything bagel toasted with lettuce and tomato and salt and pepper. Come back and I am going to show you how to put it all together.
