Hi, this is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make some mashed potatoes. I just want to talk about storage. I could put these in a Tupperware, they last 3 or 5 days or if you want to bring it to a party or something or if you are going or whatever, you just need to bring them somewhere. You made the mashed potatoes for a potluck or something. Just put the Saran Wrap over it like so and you will see, that's it. Goes right in your refrigerator. It is good for 3 to 5 days. I don't think it is going to last that long. Of course, literally we bought a 5 pound bag and only used half. I bought four sticks of butter and only used one. But literally 6 to 8 people is less than $6 it came out to be. Beautiful side dish, very inexpensive, very cheap, very easy to make. Health wise a lot of butter in there but they are all good. Just eat them once a week and that day you are allowed to eat, make mashed potatoes and really enjoy.
