This next move is called a horizontal tuck it is one of the most difficult stationary moves because you have to tuck your whole body up against the side of the pole. It takes a lot of abdominal strength, it takes a lot of upper body strength, it also takes a lot of stamina in order to do this move. I will demonstrate for you. Low arm, high arm and I'm literally going to tuck my body up to the side of the pole with both of my legs. As you can see the pole is hitting across my thighs by the pole hitting across my thighs creates a little bit of friction between you and the pole it will keep you in that position. As before mention this takes a lot of upper body strength, a lot of course strength, a lot of oblique strength and a lot of stamina in order to hold yourself in this position.
