So this is the 3rd dismount from the backwards handstand. It is a bit difficult cause it requires a enormous amount of course strength and balance in order to preform. So as you can see it requires a ton of abs in order to let your body fall completely and come back up to catch the pole. In order to catch the pole up here again you have to be confident with the position that your legs are in. I will demonstrate I know that I have a very good catch right here so when I lean back I can come right back up.
