Open Side V Pole Dancing Leg Position Variation

Once you have master the open V and the hook leg V you realize that you can move your legs in a number of different positions. In order to be able to do this though you have to have that coarse strength to keep your body up on the pole. I will demonstrate a number of different ways that you can move your legs around in varies positions. Here is one, there is two, here is 3 and you can get creative with it once you get use to the move. Also remember whenever you do any of these moves to let your body fall back it is very important. Also when you do these moves remember to be creative you can slide down from the pole, always bring your legs down the way that you came down, you can if you become more talented you can make yourself spin all the way down as well. So just remember to be creative with it, it is your body, learn to love it.
