So there is 2 ways that you can dismount from the open V hook. You can put one leg down at a time like we did with the open V or you can slide down. I will demonstrate them both hook, leg out, and come down. I will demonstrate it from this view as well hook your leg, let your leg come out, this leg is going to come down first and then your other leg takes enormous stretch in order to do this move. The other way is to slide much like the open V you are just going to let your hands release slightly as you slide down the pole. As with the other moves the open V try to create a sense of motion tucking your knees under, one foot at a time and then standing up gracefully.
