Scales with Root A: Altered

Now we have our A altered scale which starts with a diminish and goes in the whole tone pattern. So you start with this half step, whole step, half step, then whole, whole, whole, half step, whole step, half step and the whole. So 1 that is your A altered and it is used in a 5 chord in a minor 2,5. So we have E half diminish or locrian to A altered and it resolves to D minor. So that is your A altered scale.
