This is a dismount from the short climb there are a number of different ways that you can do this. Basically it depends on your creativity with your body. Here is one way there is a short one, here is my sit. From here if I can I can just slide right down. Another way to do this dismount is takes a little bit more upper body strength come up and your sit, wrap your legs, then you unwrap your legs and hold your body. Then slide right down just using your hands. You can also slide right down without really using your hands like so and slide. This is painful and it does hurt so depending on your pain tolerance level, it depends on how far you can slide down.
