So the climbing moves are those moves that are a little bit more advance then spinning or just cardio pull. You have to be able to pull yourself up onto the pole, you also have to be able to stand a little bit of pain in order to do these moves. Just by the nature of sitting up on the pole means that the pole and your skin are going to come in contact. So there is going to be some pulling. Your skin will get use to this but initially there might be bruising. What is going to happen is the friction between the pole and your skin keeps you sitting or hanging on the pole. So keep these in mind when you do these moves. Some people find this very painful and can't or won't do these moves because of these reasons. Another thing I like to wear plastic shoes when I do these moves just because of the friction up against the pole. If I have plastic shoes on it makes a little bit more comfortable for me.
