Hi I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to show you how to throw a Halloween party for your kids. With all of the concerns about sugary candies and children eating to much bad stuff, upset stomach and of course concerns about obesity. There's another option to give out traditional Halloween candy you can just try to get rid of a lot of that and go with some more traditional treats. This is a caramel apple sure, there's still some caramel involved with that, there's a nice sugary taste to it. But there's also healthy fruit underneath you can look to try to have those treats at your party which yes, there still sweet, yes there still fun. But there a lot more healthy than just a big package preprocessed chocolate or other candy bars that are out there which is the staple that you going to find at most grocery stores. A lot of grocery store bakeries will have more healthy treats a least relatively speaking you can also consider making some home baked goods. This is another fun activity you can do with your own children showing them some baking cause home made pumpkin pie, pumpkin cupcakes anything more than likely that your going to be making at your home, home baked is going to be more healthy, than the process candy your going to get at the store.
