I am Deaf and fluent in ASL. I need to point out to you that your signs are inaccurate. Out of respect for the language and the Deaf community, please leave the education of the language to the experts.

Hi, I love these, very easy and clear to learn. I like the way Melissa repeats it. Because of the way she repeats herself, it is easy to get it the first time around. Thanks, this is great!

Thank you! What makes Melissa think she can teach "Sign Language" when she isn't fluent in it? That's like teaching French without being able to EVEN use it in conversation... Please stop spreading the ignorance, Melissa.

I'm so sorry you found this site. Melissa is such a loser. Primarily she won't own up to the fact that she's fooling people into believing she knows ANY sign language. She does not. Her level of sign language is equivalent to someone reading random words in French with a horrible accent... Sorry.

How to Sign Feelings in Sign Language

Hello! My name is Melissa and on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to be learning some basic signs, words, phrases in sign language. In this clip, we're going to learn the words anger, mad, quiet, cry, and bad. The first one, anger, I want you to think that you're angry about something so you're feeling something. Anger. It's coming from the inside. You're angry. Anger. You want to bring your fingers, bend them slightly, and you're coming up from your stomach upwards. Anger. Anger. If you're mad. Mad. Mad. Instead of being angry you're mad. Again, that's where facial expression really is important because you'll raise your eyebrows up. Mad. Mad. Anger. Anger. Mad. How about quiet. Quiet. What do people normally do? They go shh. They shh you, so quiet is actually 2 hands. One comes up with that quiet finger and another hand like this. Quiet. Quiet. Quiet. Quiet. Cry. This might have made someone cry. To signify tears rolling down your eyes or your cheek rather. Cry. Cry. And finally bad. Bad. It's like someone tasting something and it tastes bad. Bad. Bad. Bad.
