How to Fry Paprika in Pastry for Chile Rellenos
My name is Tunde Mandly I am working here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant and our chef is Gabor Godri and we're going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to cook today a very typical Mexican which is called chile rellenos. Now we've prepared the paprika we filled it in and now we're going to do a very light pastry for the paprika after the pastry is ready we're going to put the paprika into the pastry and we're going to fry it in hot oil. We need two whole eggs, then we put salt in it; this is corn flour we mix it together, don't be afraid if it's going to be a little bit hard because after a while we're going to put milk in it. So we put the milk also in it like this we mix it together again and you see like I told you it's going to be a very light soft pasta. Mix it together with the milk, corn flour, salt, eggs approximately it's good like this it should not be hard or should not be softer.
