My name is Tunde Mandly I am working here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant and our chef is Gabor Godri and we're going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to cook today a very typical Mexican which is called chile rellenos. So first we're going to take very hot and spicy paprika which is popular by the way here in Hungary. It's always this color very green and long and it's every time very hot so be careful when you cut it. So we'll take it our oil is ready so we put it in a hot oil only for a few minutes. We fry it, this is very important because then we are able to peel off the skin much easier, you have to be careful first of all cause it's hot and second of all the paprika has a little water inside and it can be dangerous. When it's ready we put it right away into a ice cold water.
