My name is Tunde Mandly I am working here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant and our chef is Gabor Godri and we're going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to cook today a very typical Mexican which is called chile rellenos. Meanwhile the rice is ready we have to wait until the water is disappearing and when it's a little bit water in it we put it back on the fire in a very small fire. Until the rice and the ranchera sauce is on the fire we start to do the third thing which we call the chile rellenos which we need hot oil. We put the oil and we start to heat it up for the chile rellenos. The ranchera sauce is ready in 2 minutes. The oil has become hot the rice and the ranchera sauce is ready so we turn off the fire and it's all ready to prepare on the plate. But we still need to prepare the chile rellenos which we are going to start now.
