My name is Tünde Mándly, I am working here in Budapest in Iguana restaurant, and our chef is Gábor Gödri, and we're going to cook Mexican food today on behalf of Expert Village. We are going to cook today a very typical Mexican, which is called Chile Rellenos. We put a little salt in it, we put black pepper, a little bit of cumin, garlic, this looks like this because it's pressed already, bay leaves, and we put a little tomato without skin, which we caught from Odoro. And then we fill it up with water. Then we put it back on the fire, and we bring the fire a little bit higher, so it will be ready faster. So now we put all the ingredients together with the rice, and we put it on the fire, and it takes approximately ten minutes until it's ready, so now we have time in these ten minutes to prepare the other food.
