Hi I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now as you can see the dough rose very nicely doubled it size. We are going to take it out. A little bit sticky and before we put it on the baking sheet I'm going to take going to take cornmeal and sprinkle it on the bottom and put the dough on it. I'm going to punch it down a little bit and sprinkle cornmeal on top to. Now we are going to use the rolling pin and roll it about 1/2 inch. Now you can use either a cookie cutter or a cup to shape it into circles. I'm just going to shape it. As you can see it has cornmeal on top and on the bottom so it won't stick when we cook it. In a minute we are going to cook it on a frying pan and the cornmeal prevents it from sticking to the bottom. Now we are going to knead you can use those to make a extra one a little bit bigger we can still use it. Now we are going to heat the frying pan to a medium heat and put on for 5 minutes.
