Shape Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

Hi I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to use the dough that just rose as you are going to see. We double it's size, take it out, we are going to use a little bit of flour and sprinkle on it so it would be easier to work with this dough. Cause it is sticky. Then I'm going to cut into small balls, it is going to be nice little bagels about 6-7 of them I think there might be one more. Now I'm making a ball out of it and I put my finger inside and it would just open for the inside. This way we are going to make sure it does not open during cooking in the water. While it rising I put the water to boil you should have a big pot with at least 2 quarts of water inside and then we are going to take the bagels now or cook them for 45 seconds. Not more then that cause this dough is a very soft dough and it doesn't need longer then 45 seconds in the boiling water.
