Hamstring Stretch for Martial Arts Fitness
The next stretch is gong to be for your hamstrings. I like to do it like this and fold this leg back. Again, keeping the foot down this way. The more you want to feel it, keep this leg close to the other leg. If you're not that flexible you can open out. You're just going to come down and flex your foot back for extra stretch, and then put your chest on your knee. Now, if you're not flexible you can take a towel and pull forward like that, and then you do point after. It's a slightly different stretch and get the top of the foot, and then go down. Then you're going to switch legs. You always want to work both sides equally. Flex your foot and take it down.
