Quad Stretch for Martial Arts Fitness
Hi! This next exercise we're going to do is for the quads, which is the top of the leg. The best way to do it for your knee is to have it this way, not that way. This way in tight, foot down. You're going to put your calf down like that, and if you're not flexible just be here on your elbows. If you are, slowly lower down until you lay completely down and just hold this down right here. Hold it until you feel that it's not so tight anymore. Then you come up and go to the other side. Tuck this under. Once again, if you're not flexible, start here and then say, "Is this okay?" And if this is okay, then you go all the way down.
