Kettlebell for Martial Arts Lateral Swing Exercise

Hi! My name is Julio Anta of Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida, and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com. And kettlebell for martial arts’ next move is the lateral swing, great for football players but mostly for the martial artists, when you need to burst into someone, or take them down, or burst in to throw them. Whatever reason you want to do, it’s going to be a swing, yet we are going laterally. The leg motion doesn’t matter. You could lead with your front foot or with your back, depending on your art, how you move. So the move will look something like this. See how I am skipping, or I can lead with a front leg, or the other way, and we can continue going… I prefer going from one end of the building to the other; just go, go, go, go, go. From here, you need to fight someone…you need to sprawl back…all those moves; because you are using your core muscle, you are using your hips, ballistic fast, the way the martial arts are, whatever sport you are doing.
