Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. We're back, first thing we're going to do is get our sauce that was freezing, defrost it, leave it in the fridge to defrost, in a day it'll defrost. Look at this sauce that I made a few weeks ago, it still looks great as the day that I made it. What I'm going to do is put a nice amount of sauce right on my pizza. This is my pita bread one and I'm just going to get a nice amount of sauce on there. Then the toppings are up to you. I always put cheese, so we're going to get a nice amount of cheese, just go around and this looks nice. I am getting so hungry, this is great for football season, for baseball season, unfortunately my Mets there aren't there, gotta root for the Yankees. So you want to do a topping. I like a little basil, I just break little pieces of basil, put it right on top, can't hurt this pizza. No way to make a wrong pizza, no way. Anything you like is good. A little mushroom maybe, put a couple of mushrooms and that's pizza number one. That's fresh basil with some mushroom and cheese and fresh marinara sauce.
