Removing the Bread for Pizza
Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. So we're back and the time it took to cut the toppings for the pizza, you see our pita bread here is nice, nice colors on both sides. Put it there, watch out it might be a little hot, turn your gas off. Come down here, you're going to see our bread is nice. It actually needs another minute or two, you want it to be brown, I still see the olive oil, so I'm going to leave that in for another minute. But I'm going to come over here and check out my English muffins, come over here and these look really good, these are really nice. See how brown they are? That's what you want. There are still a little moist still from the olive oil which is nice. So while that bread is still in the oven, I'm going to come over here and start topping these. By the time these are topped, that should be done, you top those, they all go in the oven. You've got pizza here in on Expert Village folks.
