Serving Bruschetta on French Bread

Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. This bread has been in there for about 10 minutes and you'll see it looks really good that's what you want to look make sure you have a mid arm so you don't burn yourself it's very hot. That's it it's going to be hard and you know a lot of restaurants will serve there bruschetta this way cause this is a good way to get rid of there bread that's going to be old. Instead of throwing it away they make bruschetta which is nice it's nice to have it on warm bread like that so basically were going to come back to the table just going to put it in there. Again a great way to just have friends come over right before they get in you can have this on the table you can have all this prepared actually just put in your fridge or have it on the table ready for them to come. But again were going to mix this up my plate the bread is still warm it's actually better to serve it that way so you maybe want to just do this in your kitchen. Your guest is in the livingroom and you can come out with a nice platter of bruschetta this is so nice you can give sides plates just give everybody a side plate and they can take one or two. Look how nice again going over right over to my plant just going to take a nice sprig of basil put it on the corner like so and that's it that's your bruschetta 3 different ways come back we'll start making some pizza with that with all the extra pasta sauce you have in the freezing in your fridge.
