How to Prepare Bagel Crisps for Bruschetta

Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. While our pita bread is cooking our french bread is cooking in the oven this has been marinading pretty much all day look how beautiful that aw, it smells so good can't even tell you wait till your friends try this your going to love it. Here's a real simple way to just do it I go out and I buy these bagel crisp there excellent actually New York style bagel crisp and you'll see that you get some nice ones here that aren't broken. Sometimes you got to watch they break easy so you just want to pick out the ones that aren't' broken and what I'll do I'll pick out the ones that are good like so. The ones that aren't I just use them in something else I can actually use these as croutons in a salad too so I get the ones that are good that aren't broken. What I'll do is just put a little bit of this bruschetta right on top I put them just like this on a bowl and that's my first way I'll serve them and people will eat this up. I am telling you it's so good and that's what I do just put a little bit on each one and you can go out with a nice tray of these and a little bit of wine and that's starts off. Lets try one I'm dying to taste it. It's brushcetta here on Expert Village make bruschetta.
