Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. First thing your going to do is just set your oven to 350 so it preheats your going to get your Italian bread your going to come right over here and I use this french bread. A nice long bread it's perfect an old thing my aunt taught me some people like to cut there bread like this, turn it on the side it cuts nicer it cuts easier. Cut nice a 1/4", 1/2" slices like this and what you want to do then when you get your slices you put them on a plate and real simple your just going to take some olive oil and just drizzle over the top. Then what your going to do is put it on a baking sheet or baking pan like so you have your baking pan you don't even have to grease this or nothing. Just put your bread with the olive oil on it and pop it right into your oven when I come back I'll show you pita bread and also our bagel crisp, 3 great ways to put your bruschetta on.
