Add More Mushrooms to Mushroom Soup

Hi, this is Helena, I'm the director of Chefs, Inc. And on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be showing you more about how to make a delicious cream of mushroom soup. And now to that we will add these other mushrooms, our nice sliced mushrooms that are really going to make the soup look pretty. So let's put those in. Give it another stir. And to this, now, we are going to add our chicken broth. A little bit at a time, just get it nice and creamy in there. It smells really good; this is going to be very tasty. There we go. And it's coming out perfectly, it's nice and smooth. Now, that flour is going to thicken our soup, so we want to, we can turn the heat up a little bit more, we want it on simmer or on low. And we're going to let that cook for just a minute or two to really get the flavor of the mushroom incorporated with the chicken stock.
