How to Do a Crossover in Ice Dancing

Okay, the next thing, once you've mastered the stroke, the next thing is the crossover. What we're going to do is we're going to be putting our right foot over our left foot. What we're going to do is we're going to push, you bring it over, cross all the way over, and pick up the foot. You want to keep your arm, your right arm, in front and your left arm a little bit to back maybe at about 8 and between 12-1. Okay, we're going to start. We have Brenda, Windy, and Cindy. Again, 1, 2, cross, pick up. Okay, then of course, you have to learn it the other way so we'll do it the other way.
