Installing ATV Racks

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is David and I'm here to tell you about ATVs and accessories that go with them. One of the most common additions to utility quad is the luggage rack. It adds more versatility to the machine. It also gives more places to tie things down, more places to hold on to when you need to pull your machine out of the mud. A few other uses you can think of yourself, I'm sure. Generally speaking, they're fairly inexpensive. One such as this is $70. This machine already has one installed, just happened to go with this particular unit as a stock item, but available for all. This rear rack is a permanently installed item. It could be put on with basic hand tools and a little mechanic skill, or of course we can install it here at the shop. It just requires a couple bolts. One here and there, a couple of bolts here, and you've got it taken care of. Of course, that's a little over simplification. You're going to have to move a few things out of your way to get to these bolts. Again, basic hand tools, basic mechanic skills, takes you about 20 or 30 minutes to install this. This particular rack is designed for the Polaris rear cargo deck, so it goes on very easily. All the holes line up. Once it's installed, it looks like it's always been there. Rear cargo deck; you'll find it on most utility quads. Not only the Polaris and Kawasaki, but most utility quads. The rear cargo deck is where you'll handle most of your load, be it your lunch, spare fuel, the deer carcass, whatever you may need to put. That's what this is for. Nice and stable. Will hold a lot of weight, and just keeps things out of your way and secure.
