Proper Stance in Hacky Sack
My name is Jay and I am speaking to you guys on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be talking about simple techniques for hacky sacking or foot bagging what people call it. I want to talk to you guys about how to keep good stance. You want to be real loose at the knees, you want to keep all the weight on the balls of your feet, you never want to be on your toes, you never want to be on the side of your feet and you never ever want to keep your hands behind you, you want to be as relaxed as possible and you want to be at the you know, it is kind of like a karate stance or you want to be real relaxed with your knees bent. You always want to keep your feet at the same width as your shoulders and you want to keep your toes pointing forward. This helps you to keep balance and this helps you to grab the rhythm and it helps you to not fall over. A lot of people take this for granted and when you do that you definitely do not perform as well as you should, what you want to do is keep the balls of your feet on the floor and all the weight on the balls of your feet, that is all we have today for stance.
