How to Return Hacky Sack Serve
Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am going to be talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today I am going to talk to you guys about basic techniques for hacky sacking or foot bagging. Today I am going to tell you guys how to return to your position when the ball is in the air, and why this is important. You know whenever you are playing hack sack, you got the ball, it is going in the air, it is going in the air, you always want to put your foot back down and return in the stance position, which I taught you earlier. So like that put your foot back down, put your foot down, put your foot down, now you always want to keep in the same position after the ball is in the air. This is going to help you get a nice rhythm, this is going to help you not fall over, not hurt yourself and this is going to help you become a better hacky sacker and perform for your friends and impress them and do everything that you want to do. You always want to kick the ball in the air, go back to the balls of your feet and just definitely try to be as relaxed as possible. You definitely want to stay in the same spot and you want to return back to the basic stance after the ball is in the air.
