Hi! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys on behalf of expertvillage.com. I am going to be talking to you guys today on basic skills for hacky sacking or foot bagging. Actually what I am going to talk to you guys today about is the actual foot bags themselves. There are different kinds, this one is called dirt bag or a sand bag. There is a bunch of sandy, you know dirt type material inside of the bag what this is good for free styling. You are able to make moves happen because the bag actually forms to your foot as it hits it, and it is really, really effective whenever you are trying to do free style. If you are going to be doing like a group play, you want to use the bag with little beans, a little bag with a little beads in it, which is the more traditional type of a bag, that’s better for kicking the ball and keeping in air and getting the good rhythm with that, even with those balls though you want to try to make it a lot softer that what it originally comes as, you can do that by burning that over, taking the beads out of it, you know just giving it wear and tear, it will make it nice and definitely older hacky sack is better. Thank you.
