The Clipper Move: Basic Hacky Sack Moves for Beginners
Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com and I am going to be talking to you guys about hacky sacking skills, these are all basic foot bagging skills. Today we are going to be getting into, this is more of I guess advanced amateur move, it is a two add move, all the other moves that I showed you, which are the basic stalls they are one add, two add is when you are getting more movement into the actual move itself, this one is called the clipper, it is really basic, yet it is still hard to do for the fact that you are going to be moving and you are going to be in a kind of in a weird position with your body. What you want to do is when the bag is in the air, you are going to want to bring your left foot over your object foot and you are going to stall it behind your knee, it is very important for you to bend your position knee really, really low that way you can catch the bag, kind of looks like this. You can do this with your left foot as well, you just bring your right foot over and kind of bend your knee and you are going to want to go up and out with the left foot. It is real good if you wear shorts when you are doing this kind of stuff because the ball will get caught in your pants, so if you are wearing cargoes, it will get caught in the cargo. Again this is called the clipper, real easy but it looks nice.
