House Concert Food Tips & Advice

Hi! This is Jim Goettler wiht Expert Village. This is a video series about producing a house concert. If you decide to use the format of couple sets, maybe two sets in the course of the evening, it is a real nice idea at half time or break to provide some sort of snacks, munchies for folks who are attending. This can be really simple and I encourage it to be really simple. Remember this is a house and you are using someones house, maybe using your house. It's not a venue, not a concert hall, not a coffee house or anything so a little bit of things set out for folks to nibble on would be greatly appreciated by everybody. It gets folks walking around a little bit, talking to performers, probably be hanging out with you at the same time. Next thing we want to touch on with something else that goes on during that half break and that is product sales for the performer. Thanks.
