Center of the Foot Kick in Hacky Sack
Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be talking about basic skills for hacky sacking or foot bagging. I am going to teach you guys today on how to keep a nice rhythm with the foot bag. You always, always, always, you want to hit with the center of your foot, just like that, you never want to try get with your toe or try to hit with your ankle, when you are hitting with the side of your foot, same thing you want to hit with the center, it is always going to go up if you hit with the center, same thing with outside of your foot, you want to hit with the center, it is going to go straight up and down. This is very good for whenever you want to start to get a little more advanced foot bagging, when you hit with the center you are going to be able to transition into other moves very, very nicely and quickly because the ball is going to be going straight up and down, just like in soccer. If you guys know anything about soccer, they want you to hit it with the inside of your foot, but also with the center of your foot. If you are going to hit with the top of your foot, they want to do with the center of the top of your foot. It is very, very important for you to get the skill down, because once you get this down you will be able to transition in other moves like I said before, and you will be in advance hacky sacker in no time.
