Hi I'm Jenny Bardwell and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village with my colleague Susan Brown and we are going to teach you today how to make salt rising bread. Oh here is a loaf of salt rising bread and I would take it out of the pan. So here is our salt rising bread out of the pan and I tap it I just like to hear the hollow sound that means the bread is done. It sounds nice and hollow and it is hard crust on the outside and then we would just let it cool. You don't want it to stay in the pan because it would get soggy in the pan.
