Add Water & Flour to Salt Rising Bread Starter

Hello my name is Jenny Bardwell and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village with my colleague Susan Brown and we are going to teach you today how to make salt rising bread. This starter has sit for 10-12 hours and has become this the next step is to pour your starter into a bowl. Leaving the potatoes out in the jar so they are not part of your sponge. Do I want all that stuff down at the bottom? It would not hurt if you did. Then to this you add about a cup or so of water and another flour to make a thick pudding.
