How to Apply Ghost Eye Makeup for Halloween

Hi my name is Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here today to tell you how to make yourself up as not so friendly ghost. The next step now that we have a nice good base layer of white paint is apply some baby powder. We do this for a couple of reasons one of the big ones is that this will help the make-up stay in place and won't rub off underneath that sheet. Since that area is going to be in contact with cloth a lot of time the other think it will do is make the layer more uniform. It will basically adhere quickly to the paint and make a nice solid layer underneath. Basically making it much more uniform than the make up whatever beyond it's own. So first apply this using a sock or a sponge will also work just fine and after that we're going to use our powder brush and just gently stroking here usually moving from inward to outward. In some circular motions at a time getting any straight pieces of powder and putting them back into the eye socket. And we're going to do the other side just the same thing again very gently strokes cause these are general areas up here in the eye. So we're going to do nice little strokes here and once we finish that we have our eye areas ready and rolling to go.
