Hi, I'm Kerul Kassel on behalf of Expert Village in this segment we are going to talk about jumping the hurdle, overcoming the overwhelm because often that is what gets in the way is overwhelm. So the first thing you need to know is catching yourself and overwhelm is the first step. Whenever you have a goal and you are looking for accomplishment if it feels like there is some yucky thing going on the goal is not happening. Then it may be that you are experiencing some overwhelm. Check in with yourself, do you feel like there is something blocking your progress, something internal. If so break the pattern so there is methods for shortcoming, short circuiting paralysis. One of them is to focus on starting rather than finishing often we have this idea we need to be done with something. We want to be done with it of course but by focusing on being done with it we get in our own way because it makes it seem a lot more unmanageable, it seems more of a hurdle. So instead if you focus on what you need to do now instead then you would be able to move forward step by step in a more approachable way. One thing you can do another thing you can do is get some inspiration. If inspiration is eluding you, inspiration is rocket fuel for goals. If eluding you can do the cost payoff sheet. So let's say your house or your office is full of clutter and you know it is a block in your progress and your success. Well what is it costing you, it may be costing you frustration, it may be costing you promotion, it may be costing you focus, it may be costing your clarity. All kinds of thing it may be embarrassing, it may be making you feel guilty, it may be shame attached, it may be the cost of disharming your family or office. All costs are associated with this. Good, it is good to be aware of all this cost of what having clutter is costing you. But it is even better to be aware of what the payoff is going to be. When you are no longer involved in clutter when you are clutter free. So some of the payoffs could be that you would have more clarity, you would have more focus. Maybe have more time, maybe have more piece of mind because you can find what you need when you need to. Maybe you would have more sense of relaxation because you are not surrounded by clutter all the time. Perhaps you have more proactivity, more effectiveness, more efficiency. Write them all down here because these things will inspire you to accomplish your goal of staying clutter free. Getting clutter free and staying there. This is rocket fuel, this side, fill it out and keep it in front of you, put it on your mirror, move it from your mirror to your pillow so you see it before you go to bed at night. When you get things at night move it to where the coffee machine is or put it in your briefcase, keep it in front of you, keep it moving so it doesn't become part of a sensory. When you see this what is in front of you, you focus on. Focus on this and you would be much more likely to accomplish a goal.
