Now, if you're a male and you're already about George W. Bush's age, you're not going to have to do too much work. But if you're younger or you're female, there are a few things you can do to complete the look. George W. Bush has some very distinctive wrinkles on his face, such as the ones around his eyes and the ones near his nose. So making these with an eyeliner pencil, will help you look a lot like him. He also has some very distinct eyebrows here. So if naturally your eyebrows are bushy, then you're fine, maybe you should just put a little bit of white makeup on them to make them grey. But, if they're not, you can either buy some costume hair to put over your eyebrows and fake eyebrows or you can draw them in using pencil. Other things you can do are change your lips to look like his. His lips are very thin, so you want to cover your lips with some foundation and maybe pencil in lightly the parts where you can see pink on his lips. So once you've finished your makeup, you should look something like this; older, masculine and slightly lathered.
