Accessories for a George W. Bush Costume

Hi, this Shana Bethune on behalf of Expert Village and I'm here to talk to you about selecting accessories for your George W. Bush costume. Now, as you'll see in this photo, one of the most important accessories you can have aside from the tie is a little American flag lapel pin. You can usually buy these at a variety of different stores. They have them at hardware stores, they have them at gift stores, sometimes they have them at grocery stores and pharmacies. But, if you can't find one for any reason, it might be easier to do what I've done here, which is I've found American flag stickers and I put them on a pin, that way I can just pin it onto my lapel. This is also good because usually these American flag stickers come with smaller versions which you can make into cuff links. Other accessories you might want to include are a watch. Bush usually wears gold watches or watches with dark leather bands. Also, if you're not married and you want to have an authentic costume, it might be a good idea to get a wedding band for the occasion. Just a fake, cheap, gold wedding band for a few dollars that you can get at a jewelry store will work just fine. And if you're going to a party, it could also be a good idea to get a few little American flags to pass out while you're there. When you're dressing up as George W. Bush, it's very important to pay attention to details. Because these details are going to tell people that you're actually George W. Bush, not just some guy in a suit.
