Advanced Automation: GarageBand Tutorial

This is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village continuing on now from our last clip I would like to talk a little bit more about automation. Now there's other things you can do other than just your volume and pan lets remove some of this pan stuff. Now to remove it you just click on it and hit delete, now we're going over here and hit add automation. Now there's different things that we can automate like echo and reverb or even the EQ we're going to choose the reverb. Hit okay now we can change how much intensity of the reverb is by just clicking different points and sliding. Listen to it back here (playing) and then you can add more if you like we'll choose the echo this time (playing) and those are some of the other ways to do automation in garage band, I'm Bill Macpherson for Expert Village.
