The Importance of Bringing Parents Trick or Treating

Hello, my name is Matt Cail on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm here today to talk about trick or treating safety. The next thing you want to make sure you bring with you before you go out trick or treating is mom and dad or even Uncle Harvey. You should have a parent along at all times. If you're still young enough to go out trick or treating, you're still young enough to have a parent along. A parent is good because the parents provide supervision for the group. There can be children of all ages involved, there's no such thing as being too old to go out with a parent while trick or treating. In addition the parent will be able to watch out to make sure that nobody is mean, they also provide supervision and steering children clear of dangerous or otherwise dodgy areas they should be avoiding. In addition, we already spoke earlier, they'll be having a cell phone, they'll be able to get in communications in case anybody trips or falls or be able to get little Cindy get home if she turns her ankle on a corner. It's important to make sure that Halloween is enjoyable for all ages. And even as a parent, come on, it's going to be a good time for you, you get to see all your kids dressed up, they get to get a little bit crazy, they're going to get some candy and you're going to be along for the ride on the Halloween which is a very, very childhood memory which you can be a part of too.
