Jog, High Knees, Sprints: Beginning Soccer Drill
Hi! My name is Josh Blair and I’m the high school boys’ soccer coach at Waterford High School. Today, we’re going to show you a few warmup techniques and drills to get you ready for either practice or a game. You can use cones or balls. We’ve got some cones and some balls setup today.
