My name is Mike Nugyen and I am here with Expert Village on an advise how to be an offensive lineman. Try to get better every week and get some new plays every day. If we don't learn any new plays, we won't mess up. We do shapes On Monday's, Wednesday and Friday's we work out and then Tuesday and Thursday I condition myself to get better. That is how I become a good offensive lineman to push the opponent to get better doing bench, squats, incline and power clean and you can do calves, something like triceps, biceps.
