Are You Offensive Lineman Material?My name is Mike Nguyen and I am here with Expert Village and I am here on an advise on how to be an offensive lineman. Person to be for an offensive lineman is you've to be smart and knowing all the plays. You've to be big and strong and got to be mentally tough and take it. You are their most important offensive line because without their offensive line, a quarter back can throw the ball and won't have enough time and the running back can't run the ball without offensive lineman. How I condition myself is my coach let's us push the sled everyday during practice so we learn how to run wall block.
