Penalties to Avoid as an Offensive Lineman

My name is Mike Nguyen and I am here with Expert Village on an advice how to be an offensive lineman. There are some of plays that you can't do to a defensive lineman like holding them. That would be a 10 yard penalty. There are four stars like when you move before the ball is snapped, it will cost a 5 yard penalty on your team. There is the chop block where 2 lineman, 1 lineman cut blocks their defensive lineman knees and then one blocks on top. That is a chop block and will cost you 15 yard penalty on that. Just try to get better every week and we've got some new plays every day.
