Ankle Dribble: Beginning Soccer Drill
Hi! My name is Josh Blair, boys’ soccer coach at Waterford High School. Next is the 12-minute drill. One minute of foundations, dribbling the ball between the ankles. One minute of toe touches on top of the ball with the break in between each set. Then doubles, 2 minutes of foundations, 2 minutes with touches on the ball. Done with a partner therefore you get 12 minutes of drills. Foundations.
